My work originates in nature – a source of constant change and layered stories. The wall panels, made from PET felt, are a reflection of life in motion. Inspired by the shape and structure of tree bark, I show how change quietly evolves. Just as the bark of a tree grows, cracks and renews itself, so too does life constantly reshape itself. I want to show that change does not have to be a loss, but a powerful starting point for beauty and growth.

My second work was created in collaboration with VOLT, a special education programme for young people with emotional and behavioural problems. I designed a piece of furniture that offers safety without compromising on playfulness. The shape is based on brain coral – an organism that both provides protection and is part of a larger whole. Each student, with their unique challenges, reflects a polyp within a community: vulnerable, but essential. Together they form a strong, living structure in which everyone has a place.
