Woeker tells the story of an elderly woman on a quest. As she searches—among flowers, behind plants and beneath bushes—her beloved garden slowly takes hold of her. It swallows her up and carries her away. Away to worlds of insects, giant lilies and dark nights. She makes her way, meets companions, loses them again, she mourns, bravely carries on, transforms and becomes lighter than ever before. It is a story of everyday life and quiet sorrow, but above all of love that overgrows everything.
