Spelbreker explores how play, restrictions and instructions can stimulate creativity within art education. Drawing on workshops, practical research and the literature, I developed two artistic tools: the IntroBoxes, accessible makerspace toolkits, and Spelbreker, a modular art book containing stimulating rules and instructions. The central question is how constraints and structure do not block creativity, but can instead provoke new forms of play, experimentation and imagination.
