How do you encourage creativity without performance pressure? How do you encourage people to dare to experiment?In this project, I explored how cooperation can be a key to individual growth and creative freedom. From my experience at the Steiner School, my internships in various educational contexts and with residents of the Christoforus community, I developed a playful card game that invites teachers, supervisors and artists to engage with art in a light, open and process-oriented way. Each card invites creation, play and collaboration. The tasks are designed for different target groups. What matters is the process: the fun of trying, learning from each other, and discovering your own creativity in an approachable way.
