The Bertem Vicarage, whilst retaining its historical value, has been given new functions and an improved layout. Vossenstraat, which runs in front of the vicarage, has also been redesigned to create a pleasant environment that blends seamlessly with the small square in front of ‘Ons Huis’, thus forming a green oasis connected to the river. The green-and-blue theme has been used to great effect in shaping this valuable space.
