Since I can remember, I have always been in relationship with fantastical creatures, monsters, puppets. This year I decided to dedicate my practice to puppetry and the magic of the mask. Surrounding myself with puppets and masks allows me to think and feel beyond myself. The creatures that I make start to have a life of their own, they answer questions that I can’t, or don’t answer but create something else entirely. I am interested in how the puppets can be a political tool, even in their silliness, or maybe especially in their silliness. How can we fool the fascists?

I made three different performances, each time with different people, and my final, and also biggest performance I made together with my family; my dad and my grandparents performed. Here I am trying to create the quality of my life, by bringing this artistic practice to share time with my family in a different way.
