What the garden told me questions our relationship with nonhuman beings. It invites us to listen to what biotopes are trying to tell us, beyond anthropomorphic thinking. Rather than seeing nature as something to be named, controlled or understood, the project seeks a form of symbiosis.

Through organically developed horn speakers that resonate sounds of an imaginary biotope, a new listening experience emerges. A new dialogue develops in which the organisms are no longer background noise but full grown storytellers.

What the garden told me, is not a story about us, but a story in which we are just one of many threads in a dynamic web of interactions.
