Pieter-Jan Vanlede, Doof Vlaanderen

For this project I have chosen to focus on the non-profit organisation ‘Doof Vlaanderen’. How can we ensure that people who have nothing to do with deafness experience and understand the tools and the deafness of deaf people better? I have developed an iPad application for children that explains this using interactive storytelling. The user chooses to get to know a deaf character better, where sound and their aids are central. The user experiences that every day is a challenge for a deaf person.
