KLEM is een collectie waar hout, metaal en stof samenkomen.

Het is een collectie met simpele elementen die samen zorgen voor interessante meubels met oog voor detail.
Ik hou van strakke lijnen en eenvoud en ik hoop dat ik mensen gelukkig kan maken met alles wat ik creëer.

Ik heb een stoel, tafel en schabjes ontworpen.
De stoel heeft een extra vak waar men magazines in kan leggen, iets waar ik zelf altijd naar opzoek ben. De tafel heeft ook plek om spullen weg te zetten of tentoon te stellen. De schabjes spreken voor zich, hier kan je verschillende spullen op zetten maar het is ook een spel tegen de muur dat louter zelf decoratie kan zijn.

De stof bij de stoel en het spel van schabjes dat tegen de muur hangt, is flexibel en kan alle kanten op. Ik gebruik een pvc zeil als stof die onderhoudsvriendelijk is en een minimale rek heeft zodat de stof lang mee kan. Het materiaal wordt in de U-profielen geplaatst en wordt vast geklemd met een houten balkje.

Zwaartekracht zorgt bij de tafel dat de houten balk klemt in het uitvergrootte u-profiel.

I have designed a chair, table and shelves.
The chair has an extra compartment where one can put magazines, something I am always looking for myself. The table also has space to put things away or display them. The shelves speak for themselves, you can put various things on them but it is also a play against the wall that can purely be decoration itself.

The fabric by the chair and the play of shelves hanging against the wall is flexible and can go in any direction. I use a PVC tarpaulin as the fabric that is low-maintenance and has minimal stretch so the fabric can last a long time. The fabric is placed in the U-profiles and clamped with a wooden beam.

Gravity causes the wooden beam of the table to clamp into the expanded u-profile.
