2PLAY

In een wereld die vaak als somber en serieus wordt beschouwd, ben ik ervan overtuigd dat er ruimte moet zijn voor meer speelsheid en creativiteit. Mijn persoonlijke missie is dan ook gericht op het creëren van ruimte voor de spelende mens, waarbij ik het belang van spel en verbeelding combineer met modulariteit en recyclage.
De verbindingsstukken van mijn ontwerp zijn vervaardigd uit gerecyclede plastic dopjes. Door afvalmaterialen een nieuwe functie te geven, wil ik aantonen dat speelsheid en milieubewustzijn hand in hand kunnen gaan. Uit een combinatie van speelsheid, modulariteit en duurzaamheid brengt 2PLAY zich tot zijn vorm.

In a world often considered bleak and serious, I am convinced that there should be room for more playfulness and creativity. My personal mission is therefore to create space for the playful human being, combining the importance of play and imagination with modularity and recycling.
The connecting pieces of my design are made of recycled plastic caps. By giving waste materials a new function, I want to show that playfulness and environmental awareness can go hand in hand. From a combination of playfulness, modularity and sustainability, 2PLAY brings itself to its form.
