Gabriela Kinaske, Lumis: Cinetherapy

Lumis is a project that aims to add meaning to one’s life through films, and mostly, stories. Story is a metaphor for life. To have a story is to create a vision of life into a more beautiful and clear experience.

As a Youtube channel, each video will explore one sensitive and universal topic, using movies as the background and illustrative examples for what it’s being discussed. This first video is about Fear. So I offer the viewer a psychological and existential view of this topic through the movie’s lens.

Summing up, Lumis intends to use stories to help people explore life, finding hidden truths in their experiences – like a therapy coming from cinema. A “cinetherapy”.
