OPEN EINDE// One investigation – endless approaches – two contexts.

Open einde is an interdisciplinary research into the development of physical and mental spaces for new rituals in today’s society. More importantly, there is a need for neutral spaces, which are free of any kind of religion or philosophy. My goal was to create spaces that arouse a sense of wonder, contemplation and stillness by using form, light, scale and materiality. For me it is not about the impression of architecture, but about offering a general space and emptiness that can be filled in by each individual.
