SUPERNATURAL

dive into a love letter
from one scarecrow to another
they have SUPERNATURAL abilities and perform rituals
to heal together
they suffer from trauma and anxiety
and are banned to a forgotten valley of dying stars
a beating heart
or is it a beach?
the two scarecrows became guardians of the night
and spoon in harmony
trying to protect each other
from danger

-Have you ever felt like you wanted to explode?
-No, but we could explode together if you like…
-That’s impossible
-You haven’t seen anything my friend! The horror, the drama, I am a river!

GOBLINS

what you will see is
something weird
it’s about
two goblins named Eve and Adam
dying (but not dead yet)
in a cave

the cave used to be a mine
and then a storage place for radioactive waste
so now it’s infected with dark shadows
and infecting them

the cave is their home
or their body
or are their bodies the cave?
it’s full of scars,
that’s for sure,
collected through history and being

but so the question is: what is dying (but not dead yet) with them?

it’s strange
what?
how all these things do not belong together,
but somehow they seem to make up a whole
hihi

GOBLINS is a performance by Jana De Kockere and Bjorn Floréal inspired by folklore stories about underground creatures haunting mines in the 16th century to guard the very old treasures of the inner earth.
