With a drumroll, we announce: two fashion shows on the Bijloke site. Fashion students from KASK & Conservatorium will present their collections, this time in the Gent Jazz tent. Bachelor’s students will showcase their talents on the catwalk with thematic silhouettes and their first collections. The pièce de résistances are — of course — the graduation presentations by the master’s students.

The performance will feature live music by student Niels Braeckmans and his band Trapped Ants.

Location & entrance

The Gent Jazz tent is located in the middle of the Bijloke site. You can reach it directly via the entrance at STAM (Godshuizenlaan 2, 9000 Ghent). If you’re visiting the Graduation Expo first, enter via Louis Pasteurlaan 2 and walk onto the site from there.

Timing

The doors open half an hour before the performance. Please make sure you arrive on time. There will be an intermission during both performances.

Accessibility

Despite roadworks, Campus Bijloke is easily accessible by bike or on foot. If you take the tram, it’s best to get off at the Koning Albertbrug stop, as the Bijlokehof stop is currently not in service.

If you come by car, you can park in B-parking in Gent-Sint-Pieters. This car park is outside the LEZ and the traffic plan. Parking spaces on the streets are limited and you may not be able to find a space in the city centre car parks.

Food & drinks

The bar opens at 14:00. Food and drinks will be available. If you’d like to grab a bite to eat earlier, you’re welcome at KASKcafé starting at noon.

After-party

With a ticket for the fashion shows, you gain free access to the after-party with a silent disco from midnight onwards.
