Combining flavourful mixtures of meaningful colors and thoughtful compositions, Alexis (keys) prepares a diverse palette of original tunes seasoned with varying improvisations, ensuring that the experience is never exactly the same.

UMAMI touches the listeners heartbeat by taking a slice of our collective rapidly changing world and allowing one to be present. In this project he is accompanied by his sous-chef Toon Putteman on the chopsticks and electronic devices.

Together they make a blend of acoustic and synthetic sounds, where complex concepts are simplified and can resonate with anyone.
